Daniery Rosario, M.A., CMPC

Daniery is a bilingual (Spanish) Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC) via the Association for Applied Sport Psychology - the leading organization for mental performance consultants and professionals. Over the past 15 years, Daniery has guided, developed, and coached various individuals, leaders, and organizations in achieving their goals. He has experience working with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes in various sport and performance endeavors. 

 

Originally from South Florida by way of Puerto Rico, Daniery studied Psychology with a special interest in coaching at the University of Central Florida where he earned his bachelor’s degree. He moved to California to study Sport Psychology and obtained his master’s degree at John F. Kennedy University. While earning his degree, he worked with several high performing athletes and completed two internships at Stanford University. In addition, he completed a thesis that focused on aggression among professional Mixed Martial Artists, which was later published in 2014 in the Journal of International Sport Psychology.

 

Outside of his practice, he currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Dominican University of California's Applied Sport and Performance Psychology graduate program and a founding member & Lab Coordinator at the Combat Sports Psychology Lab. He is a former football, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and MMA athlete, and enjoys coaching athletes from all sports and skill levels.
